During this 4-week courage coaching program, I use my 10+ years of experience healing myself, as well as, my training as a therapist and classroom teacher to help you go from burnt out to BOLD and balanced.

Week 1
Get Clarity
I will help you gently put down who everyone else told you to be and remember who TF you are. During this session, you will have the space, support and tools to finally get clear answers to these questions:

Week 2
Activate Courage​
I will help you take inventory of your current life and start saying "no" in order to make space for wellness.

During this session, I will teach you how to put fear in the backseat, set healthy boundaries and reorganize your life to make space for rest, play and purpose!
Week 3
Walk with Confidence
I will help you stop overthinking and start saying "YES" to showing up in the world as your most authentic and embodied self!

During this session, we will create a clear game plan to help you take consistent action toward the life you deeply desire.
Week 4
Build a Care Team
I will help you to start receiving help and build a care team of people invested in your growth and wellness.
If you love working with me, this is where we create a plan to continue working together every other week or monthly to ensure that you continue to walk boldly without burning out!
