Community Healing Meditations

This offering takes community members on a unique journey toward healing. On this journey, community members are invited to breathe deeply (connect to their peace and power), reflect (clarify their deepest needs and desires in this season), visualize (imagine what their life might look and feel like if they were healed and free), and take action (share out loud one practice that can help them bring this vision of healing and liberation to life).

Healing Workshops

Signature Healing Workshops include: (1) Healing from the Inside Out: A Space for Processing, Community Connection and Practical Toolkit Building and

(2) Breaking Free: A Practical Guide to Breaking Generational Cycles. Both workshops provide space for communities to breathe, share and gain practical tools for personal and collective healing.

Mindful Breathing Sessions

This offering provides community members a brief moment to reconnect to their calm and set an intention for their personal well-being. Each session includes five deep breaths and space to process the experience. This offering is free to community members at local community gatherings, pop-up shops and Manchester Manifest (a monthly First Fridays event in Richmond, Virginia).
